DEVNW - Developing Thriving Communities

DEV NW’s programs, services, and real estate development are designed to help communities builds affordable homes for sale in Lane, Benton, and Linn counties – and will start building soon in Lincoln, Marion, and Clackamas counties. They believe that access to affordable rental housing and real, viable pathways to homeownership (and home maintenance) are central to the health of our communities.
